MINI PLAY FOR UKRAINE 

Following on from the successful events held at the FaceBar in Reading we are delighted to be hosting a Mini Play For Ukraine event at Beenham Club ...don't be fooled by the name it may say MINI but by no means will this be a small event, the bands are as BIG as ever and promise to give their all for the worthy cause.

From 3pm - Midnight we will showcasing some of Readings best bands all playing at the event for Chairty

Entry £10 payable on the door or in advance

BEENHAM CLUB AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Beenham Club will take place as follows:

Date: Wednesday 6^th November

Time:  8pm (Club open from 7:30pm)

Venue: Beenham Club

Agenda

1. Welcome and apologies
2. Chairmans Report
3. Accounts from the previous year
4. Election of Committee Members
5. Any other business

As part of the Clubs constitution a new Management Committee will be formed at the AGM.  The Management Committee shall consist of not less than 5 and no more than 11 members.

Members are to elect a Chairman, a Treasurer and a Secretary.

All interested parties for Management Committee positions are to be proposed and seconded.

The future of the Club is dependent on the formation of a Management Committee.

All members (patrons/interested parties) are encouraged to attend.

We are bringing our fun Drag Bingo evening back ...this time our host is Wilma Fingadoo
